2013 winners have received their awards during HP ServiceOne Kick-off Meeting held on Tuesday, December 17th, 2013 at Rahmi Koç Museum with the participation of professional business partners of HP Teknoloji Hizmetleri. At the end of the assessments conducted based on service sales, growth rates, and performance increase, 4S Bilgi Teknolojileri and its affiliate Digitek Bilişim Hizmetleri have won the “2013 Best ServiceOne Business Partner” award. The award was given by Murat Cantürk, HP Technology Services Country Manager to Vice Manager Ahmet Yeralp, representing 4S.
During award ceremony, Murat Cantürk – Country Manager of HP Technology Services has stressed that; “At the end of the assessments among HP business partners, 4S has deserved this significant award due to its sales volume in total service sales in “carepack” and contract fields, its superior performance in HP hardware-equipped package service sales and penetration figures, the successful results for proactive service rates in the total packaged service sales, and year-by-year growth rates in these all targets.
