We Need to Reveal the Problems by Monitoring Devices
Onur Eroğlu who is the Corporate Technology Advisor in 4S Information Technologies has emphasized on importance of Batıkent vision and he underlined the potential problems which may arise from increasing in mobile applications.
Onur Eroğlu mentioned that proposed projects in Batıkent will be our national assets; he said “ We will expand overseas with these projects. Here, there will be very large hardware investments, but the thing we will export is actually the softwares to be developed here and this is vital important. Activating these applications before or after 1 month will bring significant financial benefit to an institution. In case the applications are not activated, it will cause a serious financial liability and reputation loss.”
SGK Serves Each Individual Person via Mobile Applications
Eroğlu has told that mobile applications are brought forward too much and thanks to “e-Precipitation applications, e-Report, e-Referral applications, number of end-user of SGK will sharply increase. Eroğlu has also share his recommendations, “You already serve for hospitals or pharmacies or other public institutions via MEDULA application. However, you will be serving for each individual person with these mobile applications. On the other hand, in parallel to this situation, problems will also rise. We suppose that more serious system monitoring method should be implemented, because as I mentioned before, maybe you encounter 100 problems per day now but you will be expected to handle thousands of problems per day in the future. We must reveal the problems by required monitoring devices.”
