What are the reflections of integrated communication onto business processes? Why is it important for the companies?

We can list e-mail, fax, telephone, SMS, audio message, conference, video under integrated communication category. Thanks to these applications, employees can communicate with each other, other companies and customers. If this communication is efficient, business processes get shorter and data can be transferred correctly.  In short, integrated communication optimizes business processes and minimizes the time spent for the communication.

What are the latest trends and applications in integrated communication? What are the newest technologies and applications serving for them?

Desktop computers live their places to laptops. The main reason is that people can work and be accessible out of the company.  Mobility has become more important in integrated communication in parallel to recent developments. E-mail flow via telephone became routine, people can participate to the meetings via their notebooks and tablets. Status info of a person is an advantage while you are sending an email. Your problems can be solved easily via integrated instantaneous messages.

What will be integrated communication solutions in the future, what will be the future applications?

We can foresee that accessibility will increase and solutions will be shaped accordingly. Therefore, mobile device applications such as smart phone, tablet will increase. People working at different locations will be able to work simultaneously and together. Voice, video and web conference skills; SMS and e-mail will be combined and more efficient.  Planning should be made correctly for such development. Security should not be disregarded. Company information exit will be easier, so security solutions will be developed in near future. Social media applications will be integrated with corporate applications. Company recognition will be higher with this way and employees will not be apart from their social lives.  We expect costs will decrease day by day and integrated communication demand will increase. As 4S, we test all renovation about integrated communication with our clients in our demo centre.

What is the latest status of new generation central solutions? What type of centrals will be used in the future?

Although, currently pbx centrals have been used widely, I think that ip-based pbx centrals will expand. Archiving and tracking phone conversations, controlling the time spent for a certain job has become more important. We expect that sip trunk will be done by internet hosts,  ip-pbx centrals will be used more frequently and companies will have phone calls via internet. Therefore costs will decrease significantly and internet-based phone calls will increase over mobile devices.
