We obtained information about 4S Information Technologies from General Manager Akyılmaz. 4S aims at excelling the services given by the public to the citizens and by the private sectors to the customers with combining business and technologies.
4S Information Technologies was founded in1996 in Ankara. We have offices at six different locations in Turkey and an authorized service network. Today, we position ourselves as technology consultant of IT sector. We design tailor-made solutions as per technological needs of our customers. We support transition period into information society by our projects that we have completed.

As 4S, we consolidate ‘business” and ‘information technologies’ to help our customers to enhance their service quality and efficiency. We convert information into “strategical assets” so that they can make correct decisions about their future investments. We take a key role for our customers with our projects that we produce by using information technologies.
2012 Targets
In addition to consultancy services, we have combined our 2012 targets under the categories of; ‘Business Intelligence’, ‘Business Technologies Management’ and ‘Business Continuity”. As I mentioned before, we plan to excel the services given by the public to the citizens and by the private sectors to the customers with combining business and technologies. For example; achieving uninterrupted service provision that public and private sector provides to their customers in case of a natural disaster, analysing all available data that has been collected from the citizens and customers up to date, enhancing customer satisfactions by future investments according to analysis findings, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
We have to understand our customers’ needs in order to achieve value-adding information technology investments and we must create proper solutions. We should make infrastructure plan in accordance with customer strategy and we have to implement the plan properly. These are our fundamental issues. We manage each project stage as a whole and we provide consultancy service during each phase. We are capable for that. Therefore we should follow closely developed expertise in the world and transfer them to our clients properly. We have to understand the market well and keep ourselves updated. Our İstanbul organization has completed many “Business Technologies Management” projects so far in the country and abroad. It has mostly served for private sector. Since private sector has grown and technology investment plans have increased, we also grow 4S İstanbul staff which has already become expert in Business Technology Management field. Meanwhile, we convey our internal experience to foreign countries. We have established our “Technology Solution Center” in Ankara-Cyberpark so that our clients test technological solutions regardless of trademark. We have all manufacturers’ hardware and software in our centre. Our aim is that corporates can test proposed technologies before they invest, they can demonstrate solution designs and perform concept proof studies. We arrange workshops and training about all these services that we provide.”
